This Google Sheets™ add-on (the “Product”) is licensed—not sold—to individual users by Alice Mrongovius via the Google Workspace Marketplace.

By accessing or using the Product, you agree to the following:

• You may install and use the Product for personal or business use under the terms of your Google account.

• Each user must install their own instance of the add-on through the Google Workspace Marketplace.

• Redistribution, sub-licensing, or reselling of the Product, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Alice Mrongovius.

• You may not clone, copy, or reuse the code from the add-on for separate distribution.
  
  

2. Intellectual Property

• All components of the Product, including its underlying code, design, scripts, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Alice Mrongovius.

• The Product is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws, and no ownership rights are transferred to you.
  
  

3. Modifications & Restrictions

• You may not modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Product unless expressly permitted by law.

• You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices included in the Product.
  
  

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Product is provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

• Alice Mrongovius disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Product.
